Injury DynamicsWorld-Class Hand-to-Hand Combat Training Since 1990.
Our program is led by 12 local instructors — including six Masters — with a total of more than 150 years of combined experience teaching military, law enforcement and thousands of people just like you how to use violence as a survival tool. Core Systema FocusSan Diego Systema has been San Diego's only professional Systema program since 2007. Breathing, relaxation, movement, structure: the principles of Systema combine to form an effective combat art. Your body’s natural movements are trained through drills and sparring, without fixed katas or set techniques.
Originally used by the Russian Special Forces (Spetsnaz), Systema is a complete system for anyone seeking better health, safety, enjoyment of life, and understanding of ones self. Join Us!We are accepting inquiries regarding using our mats or available offices. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested. We have a variety of days and times available, for either dedicated or shared use. The mat area is perfect for Yoga, Martial Arts, Dance, Meditation, and more. The office space would be well-suited for any sort of office use.
We are looking for people who want to join us, either by renting the mat or office, or as a part of our cooperative. Our cooperative is a non-competitive incubator program, in which members share resources and work to promote not only themselves and the MACC, but also each other. |

Some classes are at the Julian Dojo; please check the schedule. **RSVP by 5pm day before please.
Kawakami Method KarateKawakami Method Karate is the culmination of 37 years of practice and contemplation by our founder, Anthony Kawakami Sensei, who started his training journey in Hawai'i in 1986. Kawakami Method applies a modern perspective of classical Okinawan karate and kobudo with the intent to develop a fierce sense of humanity, guided by ancient wisdom within a weaponized body.
